The aim is to explain their definition and purpose and also point out different types of information they provide to the reader. List of Important Piping QC Documents Inspection Test Plan (ITP) Request for Information (RFI) /Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Welder Qualifications NDE Procedures/Qualifications/Results/Log Weld Procedures(WPS/PQR),Weld Map/Weld Log Pressure Test Procedures/Records Calibration Records Torque Procedures/Records/Maps Material Test Report (MTR) Line Designation Table (LDT) P&IDs/As-built drawings Punch Lists Inspection Test Plan (ITP): List of logical progression steps for inspections and tests Must be approved by owner prior to start of construction.
